Cancellation Policy for Tours and Arrangements 30 days or more before the start date: 10% cancellation fee (to cover handling and arrangement costs). 29 to 15 days before: 30% cancellation fee. 14 to 6 days before: 50% cancellation fee. 5 days to 72 hours before the start: 80% cancellation fee. Within 72 hours before the start: 100% cancellation fee. Notes: All refunds will be made less any applicable bank transfer fees, credit card/PayPal transaction fees, and currency conversion losses. Services booked under nonrefundable conditions (such as train tickets, museum tickets, admissions, certain hotels, or special activities) cannot be refunded regardless of the cancellation date.
